Please note that check-in after 19:00 is not possible. Cleaning takes place every 7 days and includes a new set of bed linen and towels. Any extra cleaning required costs EUR 12 for the studios and EUR 18 for the apartments a day. Please note that a cleaning fee of EUR 60 will be refunded upon check-out if the apartment is returned in the same condition as it was provided. Parties are not allowed in the property. Please note that in accordance with local laws, properties are not obliged to admit groups on stag or hen parties. Please note parking is at the guests disposal upon availability on arrival and it is not possible to book in advance.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "Just what the Dr ordered"

This is at the quiet end of Benidorm & perfect for a quiet stay. Bus stops right outside or you can just walk the amazing promenade to the old town 20-30 minutes & new town 45-60 minutes. Stayed in the 8th floor studio, beautiful view to wake up to. Apartment had almost everything I needed for a self catering stay. Shower/bathroom was great & water was hot. Wi-Fi was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Would have liked a sofa to relax on & iron for clothes.

Nie mogliśmy wybrać lepiej. Widok z IX piętra fantastyczny, plaża i bezkresne morze, bo wszystkie pokoje mają widok na morze. Na plażę wystarczy przejść przez niezbyt ruchliwą ulicę. Parking należący do hotelu obok wejścia. W okolicy kilka miejsc z ofertą śniadaniową oraz piekarnia. Sporo restauracji wzdłuż plaży. Pokój był duży, kilka punktów świetlnych, duży stół oraz zupełnie wystarczający aneks kuchenny. Łazienka ok. Wszędzie czysto. Zadbane wyposażenie, nic nie jest zepsute, a widać, że zużyte rzeczy wymieniane (kabina prysznicowa wyglądała na dość nową). Balkon z meblami, kolejny stół, gdzie jedliśmy śniadania. Jest suszarka na ubrania, a na parterze pralnia. W hotelu obowiązuje cisza nocna i nikt podczas naszego pobytu nie zakłócał spokoju, z zewnątrz też żadnych hałasów (to spokojna część Benidorm). Jest basen i leżaczki na trawie. Bardzo miła pani Maria w recepcji.
