I had reserved 2 rooms and had called a head to confirm both rooms and once I got there I got one room with two queen beds two separate family had to share one room very unprofessional when I went to front desk to clarify there was a rude older white guy who’s badge said employee of the year but that’s a lie I showed him confirmation about the two rooms once I was told I wouldn’t get a refund and still be charged 190 for the one night we stayed there next morning we went to a different hotel which was lovely on Monday when I check my bank I was charged 395 for one night worst experience ever
