"Not the cleanest but was fine."

The staff was very friendly. Lobby nice.

There were what appeared to be blood stains on the mattress of one of the beds. The other was missing the top sheet that covers the duvet and looked as if it had been slept in, had a pink stain on the sheet. The next door neighbor tried for 2-3min to get the adjoining door open the first evening I was there until I loudly asked what they were doing, not a child, only two adults staying there.

The location is excellent, with many walkable restaurants nearby.

I wish the breakfast option had a team on board to help. Breakfast was very much self-serve.

Close to downtown & restaurants. Spacious room. Indoor pool & hot tub. Friendly & helpful staff

Top floor restaurant closed. Indoor hot tub had only 2 jets working in it & u could see dirt, leaves, spiderwebs along walls & windows. Bathtub in room had no stopper to take bath. Room tv very small. Continental breakfast was minimal. This use to b a top notch place to stay next to convention center but not any more!

"Served the purpose!"

The lobby was extremely beautiful n cozy.

No fans in the bathroom, no microwave in bedroom. The tv was so small and on the other side of the room, hard to watch. Felt like they could have spaced out where people stayed so we didn’t have to hear others. The parking lot was not full at all.
