Lovely and accommodating staff brought us dinner in our room as we had a little baby with us. Restaurant was delicious as was breakfast. Good location near to Penrith's pleasant high st. Interesting building and authentically decorated. Nice ensuite and plenty of room.

Room was quite hot so we had to sleep with the windows open, which meant noise from the street woke us up a couple of times.

Coffe was reasonable. White processed toast; poor. Cereal selection limited. Juice limited. Fruit very limited. I didn’t try cooked breakfast.

Villa Bianca was easy to find near the centre of Penrith and had a carpark nearby. The Inn has a lot of character and our room was a twin, a double and a single bed which was perfect for us. Everything was clean and looked recently decorated. The bathroom had a wonderful shower which was really appreciated. We should have booked in for dinner but they kindly found us a place and the authentic Italian food was absolutely delicious. I'd read a review that said that it was noisy but we came on a Saturday and the Inn was full but it wasn't at all noisy, just the hum of happy people.

You can book in to the Inn at 5.30 but the parking is free from 6pm so it's necessary to get a ticket in the car park if you arrive before 6pm. Then you have to get another ticket at 8am which might have been early for some people. It's not expensive to park but just a problem if you don't fit in with the free parking times of 6pm to 8am.

Great location right in the town centre with plenty of parking nearby. Our room was on the first floor and surprisingly quiet, even though it’s close to the High Street on a Saturday evening. We had a really warm welcome from the owner, who kindly fitted us into the restaurant at short notice with our dog — something we really appreciated. It was a treat to dine in a genuine, family-run Italian restaurant (rather than a chain), which was clearly popular with locals. The meal was absolutely lovely!
