Its location.

The gentleman who attended to me was not very accommodating. I had previously messaged requesting storage of my bicycle overnight but no response received and when I asked again on arrival I was advised to leave it in the garden! I took it to my room for safe keeping. I was handed the key to my room and no attempt was made to show me where it was or any helpful information during my stay.
