528 Victoria Falls Guest House

This is an amazing little oasis in Vic Falls. The staff is very attentive, even helping us to book dinners and arrange taxis! Great breakfast each day and the rooftop bar was the perfect cherry “on top.” Special call out to Theresa who went out of her way to make our stay wonderful!

Welcoming and beautiful property. Hosts (Meredith and Paul) genuinely care and they and their team are delightful people. Special thanks to Clara for super activity ideas and coordinating for us! The devine natural lite interior spaces, different balconies to spend time and the roof top outlook to enjoy an aperitif to watch the sunrise and set - or spy the abundant varieties of birdlife Highly recommend.

One of my best stays ever, this place is a true gem and by far the best spot in Victoria Falls. It is completely family owned and so beautifully decorated and taken care of. Meredith, Will, Claire and all the staff was so helpful and arranged everything for me. As a solo traveller they made me feel so safe, taken care of and so at home. Some highlights: very fast wifi compared to other spots in Victoria Falls, the food (they catered to my gluten and dairy free healthy diet and it was amazing!!), the location is across the street from a small restaurant and convenience store. Also: Lila the dog really is very special!!

Amazing stay at 528 in Victoria Falls! We absolutely loved it and a highlight of the trip. The staff goes above and beyond to care for you - not just while in the hotel, but also making sure your whole experience is perfect (taxis, tours, dining reservations). This has to be our favorite B&B experience ever and made the trip to Zimbabwe very special. Breakfast was also excellent. The location is very close to Victoria Falls park and very affordable taxis (USD$4-10) to get to town. Hotel is in a residential area that felt very safe and homey. I recommend airport transportation through the hotel as it’s a flat rate ($30). Tours can also pick you up from the hotel: we did a sunset cruise and day trip to Botswana for safari. Enjoy 528! We miss it already!

528 Victoria Falls is a family owned and run property. There are staff to do all aspects but very friendly family give you really good advice and assistance on the where, when and how of your visit. Quiet and peaceful setting, like an oasis of calm after a hectic day exploring Victoria Falls. Excellent all round. Very friendly and homely atmosphere. Our stay was short but we thoroughly loved it.

We loved it. No TV if you wish to waste your time in Victoria Falls watching TV!

Absolutely amazing. The most lovely hosts, a beautiful house, wonderful breakfast and close to the breathtaking Victoria Falls.

The hosts go way beyond the norm to provide service and an enjoyable time while at their property and everywhere in Victoria Falls. The breakfasts are delicious, available starting at 8, so they pack huge breakfast bags for you if you're headed out earlier. Rooms are moderate size so plan to spend your leisure in the multiple indoor and outdoor public spaces. Friendly house dog!
