"Really, disappointing. No one really caring or monitoring the location. Would not ever stay again"

Good location in the old town, not far from City gates. Was off the main stream tourist runs, so a quite refuge.

So, so disappointing. Property manager based in Crete so no one looking after the place really. Lovely pond/fountain depicted in photos, was a dirty mess and the fountain was broken. Cat odor from feces and urine made the out door patio space and furniture unusable. Bed linen's had not been change in one room and one of our guests found sand and long dark hairs through their bedding. Dreadful.

the house was even better than expected, bed were very comfortable, bathrooms were great, location the best.
