There was hot water in the shower and the beds were comfortable. View from our room was amazing. A lot of blankets available in the closet and we also had a heater.

Location is not the best, as it's in the middle of a hill, so if you want to go somewhere, you have to walk uphill on the way back. None of the personnel speaks English. Downstairs there are bars with loud music, fortunately our room was on 5th floor so we didn't hear anything in our room, but talking to receptionist was impossible. Bathroom was super cold and it had no window.

It was close to downtown plaza.

Too much noise in the hallway. Still waiting for a receipt from them.

Location is great, very close to Plaza Murillo. My room had an amazing view on the city. Bedroom and bathroom are also spacious. Staff is nice and the breakfast with a view is another good touch.

The room can get very cold at night and the small heater only helps a little. Rooms are not isolated and it is hard to sleep when other guests are noisy in the early morning or there's music at night in nearby places.
