Loved the shuttle offer of 20$ drop off to the beach and back for the duration of our stay between the hours of 10-7 PM. Loved the location 25 min walk to the beach or 10 min using the shuttle service. Loved their fancy coffee machine, excellent cappuccinos lattes -espresso based. Very very nicely decorated and very clean. Free breakfast was great! You could tell they really care about their guests. I would recommend this place!

We liked that it had two beds and a pull-out couch, but the very loud bar across the street ruined the night's sleep. The very low ceilings are not marked in the family cottage...led to people hitting their head often.

We stayed one night for our anniversary and wish we could have stayed longer! When I called to confirm our reservation, they asked if we were celebrating something special so when we arrived they had a bottle of wine waiting for us in the fridge! They gave us the king cottage which was an upgrade from our booking. Check in was fast and friendly. The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious. Parking was right in front of our door. We enjoy walking and didn’t mind walking down the main strip in the evening (it took about 20 minutes to get to the beach). They did have a shuttle available for $20 for your stay which would be very convenient if we were staying longer. We loved our trip here and would definitely stay again! Thank you!!

Cute little place. Nice and cozy for a family. Friendly staff. Just over teh drawbridge from downtown Rehobeth proper. Food close, beer close!

The staff here were amazing. Brian and Diana were both very friendly and helpful. There were so many people making sure that everything was clean and tidy. My only complaint was that coffee wasn’t available until 8am and there was no in room coffee maker. Not a huge deal, there are two very walkable coffee shops nearby. Room was updated, bathroom could use a renovation. They offered a flat rate beach shuttle which was so helpful.

Had an amazing vacation, the hotel is very cute, beachy, and quiet. It is in a central location and within short walking or biking distance to the beach, boardwalk, downtown and many other attractions which is great because parking anywhere during peak season is a nightmare. Complementary continental breakfast and espresso machine available for guests were a big plus. Some of the staff members were quite standoffish (although they could have been newer or seasonal employees) however most of the staff was very friendly (Jamie checked us in and was super helpful). Overall we had a great stay and would definitely book here again, the hotel may not be perfect but it has charm and is definitely a good value for the price.

While the people who ran the property were very helpful and refunded one of our nights, the bathroom in our room was not clean. We had it cleaned a second time and it was still not clean. The baseboards were really dirty and there was mouse poop.

We had a wonderful stay at this bed and breakfast! The location was perfect — within easy walking distance to the boardwalk, which made exploring the area super convenient. The customer service was truly above and beyond. The staff were not only friendly but also incredibly responsive and informative, always available to answer any questions or provide helpful recommendations. Everything about our experience felt welcoming and thoughtful. We genuinely loved our stay and would absolutely come back again!
