"What a wonderful stay!"

The property is located in a very beautiful setting by the river, and I had a peaceful stay. The room was also really nice and very clean. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and informative. I would definitely go back to Roxana if I am in the area.

Guter Service. Kein Wunsch zu viel. Zimmer wie angegeben. Sehr schöne ruhige Lage.

Klimaanlage war etwas zu schwach und könnte gegen eine neuere getauscht werden. Dauert sehr lange bis sie wirklich die angegebene Temperatur erreicht

Das Roxana Villa River Hotel in Hoi An erfüllte all unsere Erwartungen. Das Personal am Empfang, Frau Phuoc Down und Frau Hang Phan sind herzallerliebst. Sie halfen uns immer, wenn es Fragen gab. Das fleissige Personal im Service bestach durch seine Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft. Das Frühstück war lecker, uns wurde jeder Wunsch erfüllt! Das Zimmer, Bad und Wohnzimmer waren immer sehr sauber. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach ideal. Ruhig gelegen, weg vom großen Trubel und doch ist die Altstadt fußläufig, mit einem Taxi oder dem Rad sehr gut und bequem zu erreichen. Hoi An ist ein ganz liebevolles Städtchen. Wir haben die Zeit im Hotel und in der schönen Altstadt sehr genossen. Wir können das Roxana Villa River Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Herzliche Grüße an das ganze Team. Ihr seid großartig!

"Absolutely brilliant base to explore lovely hoi an"

Great staff, super helpful, location was excellent outside the main tourist zone on the water but with access to bikes. The staff helped sort out rental bikes and activities. Will absolutely stay there again!

The room was listed as sound proof- you could hear everyone in the hallway.
