doors locked to lobby couldn't check in had to call and wait 20 minutes for someone to show up

Room was clean, and that’s the most important thing.

When we towel drying a spill on the linoleum floor. The floor was VERY dirty!

The staff here are amazing! The two folks I spoke with are truly amazing!

They do not have hand towels (although shown on their website photos). Confused, I called down and asked. The front desk lectured me on the hotel policy that we are allowed only 2 towels and 2 facecloths. When I questioned why guests had to used use the same towel to dry hands, hair, body, and face over a 3 night stay, she was rude and continued to lecture me. I heard the person beside her say that she had an extra towel I could use, the person on the phone repeated that with a sigh and said to come get it myself. The whole exchange was unnecessary and mishandled. I should of known better when I got an email prior to the stay saying they had no front desk staff after 10pm and was still not available when we left after 8am. Also, if you stay less than 14 nights, you can only get housekeeping for a fee. Very run down. Uncomfortable bed. Do not recommend.

I love it there and the staff is so nice

The front desk clerk was one of the nicest people I've ever met at a hotel/motel. She was so genuine and friendly. It makes all of the difference!

We only stayed 1 night so was OK for that since the price was good. If staying for an extended period be aware that they don’t provide any supplies for kitchenette. Bring your own or buy from them. NO coffee! Either in room or lobby. Only 2 plastic cups in bathroom. No hand towels & only 1 bar of soap.
