The only thing is the WiFi, it should be faster

The apartments are located on a small quiet side road, but less than 1 minute from busy Budva main road. About 5 minute of calm walking to the beach, farmers market, Central bus station and practically most of everything in Budva. There are paid parking about 2 minutes walking distance, cost 20 or 30 for the full day. Near the apartment there are planty of Taxi and car rental companies. The apartments have everything for a several days stay or more, we are two adults and one child. Apartments are very clean, the cleaner comes almost (or all) days at about 10-12, we meet up her oftenly because we comeback after breakfast or morning trip to take or leave something from the room. The owner, Tamara is very helpful, and will assist you with everything you will need.

Great location (just 4 min. walk to the beach), lovely and very nice and kind hostess, fully equipped apartment with spacious balcony, possibility to use a spacious terrace on the roof with a city view to entire Budva and its surroundings. All your needs are just around (market, bakery, fast food, restaurants, gas station etc.). Very good price-quality ratio.

Nothing, everything was absolutely perfect.

Great location within walking distance to the old town and the beach. They have their own parking nearby which is very important to me. Totally recommend.

The bedroom it was so little. The balcony and the kitchen was a little bit dirty.

The location is top-notch! Close to everything, but at the same time not disturbed by all the traffic and partying. I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a stay in Budva. Tamara is so easy to communicate with. We arrived later, then check in, and it was no problem. She helped us with transfer from the airport and let us even stay for another night because I messed up and didn't book correct from start. We had a conflict with one neighbour, and we reached out to Tamara about this and she dealt with it right away. And like this isn't enough, she also helped us with free parking when we got out rental car. We also left our luggage after check out, waiting for our transfer, with no problem.

I have nothing to complain about, the room was a little small but we are 2 girls so our packing is horrible anyway 😅

Very friendly staff seemed family run. As a solo traveller I always feel secure in family run places. Very helpful carrying my heavy suitcase upstairs and moved me to a room with good Wi-Fi so I could use my laptop. Allowed me to checkout late and even offered me use of the room much later as I was leaving my luggage there to go to the beach. It was affordable within my budget and 15 min walk to the sea with restaurants. It had everything I needed - kitchen area, Wi-Fi, good sized bedroom & balcony.

It was a basic budget apartment so for what I paid I have no complaints.

Nice place. very pleasant host/owner.

As it was not a season, was a bit loud around with some constructions. But that is fine. preparations understandable. The entire apartment was clean, however was quite strong smell from the toilet sink. I guess due to the age of sink. Maybe good to have some air freshener.
