Kayhan Hotel

I booked this hotel before reaching Ankara and even if I indicated my credit card info, they asked me to pay online and not in dollars but in Turkish lira! So, it was awful because I did not have that much lira in my pocket, I was so exhausted from the flight and you can imagine how much it was annoying. Also, the stuff English speaking was so bad that we could not even communicate! Now about the room, the room was dirty, the beds shields and blanket! The room had no minibar or refrigerator, nothing at all! so in the whole 4 days that we spent there, we could not even during cold water! After Saturday, I would like to stay longer and went to pay for two extra days, but they raised the rent from 600 lire to 750! which was a huge increase for a hotel or room like that without any amenities or facilities! So, I checked out the room and went to another hotel.

Konumu güzel, odam temiz, sessiz ve ferahtı. Eşyalar yeniydi. Memnun kaldım.

Ulaşımı kolay, fiyatı uygun, çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımcı oldular. Oda temiz ve konforluydu.

Gayet güzeldi fiyatı da uygundu

Fiyat olarak bulunabilecek ortalama düzeyde bir odaydı. Oda genel olarak soğuktu. Bunu bildirdik ilgilendiler fakat çözüme ulaşmadı. Ve rahatsız olduğum bir diğer konu çift kişilik yatak değil iki tane tek kişilik yatağın birleştirilmesi ile oluşan bi yatakta konakladık. Üzüldüm.

Çift kişilik yatak iki tane tekin birleşimiyle olduğu için asla rahat değil ortasında bir boşluk oluşuyor. Temizlik güzeldi ,yeri sakin.

Odamızda televizyon ve mini buzdolabı mevcut değildi. Ücretli kahvaltı için salona çıktığımızda çalışmadığını gördük. Odamız oldukça sıcaktı. 24 saat sıcak su vardı. Yatak oldukça konforluydu. Ulaşım nispeten kolay merkezi.

Yeni temiz bir bina Yorgan ve yastıklar biraz daha kaliteli olabilirdi. Çarşaf temizliği yeterli
