Our flight was canceled and the shuttle picked us up and took us to the hotel. The staff, especially Ken, were exceptional!! We rested very comfortably and truly enjoyed our experience at the Sheraton!!

At first arrival I wasn't too sure about the area. But we got out and walked around and found it to be a nice area. The people were extremely nice as well. The staff at the hotel always made us feel welcomed no matter what time we came in. It was like they were waiting on us to return back to the hotel. It was easy access to the Subway. Just one block away. We truly enjoyed our stay.

"All in all, a very good stay."

The size of the room and the lounge area. Elevators were fast. The room was clean. Location is great.

The door SLAMS shut when leaving or entering the room. Room was not ready at 3:00. We waited an hour in the lobby. We were offered to go up to the lounge but my husband turned it down.

"A mixed bag, but pretty good for an overnight layover"

My stay started with the shuttle pick up. Airport pick up is on demand, and I really appreciated that as soon as I had my luggage and called the shuttle line, they immediately sent the driver to come get me from LGA even though I was the only guest needing a pick up at the time (after 3pm). It's a 20 minute journey. The hotel is in a very busy area with plenty Asian restaurants and supermarkets. As a Titanium member I had access to the club lounge. It's open 24/7 with light snacks and drinks. Breakfast was minimal, but from 5:30pm to 8:30pm they have a variety of evening bites, including two hot dishes, crackers, fruit, etc. But, they don't have any alcoholic beverages. I was happy they honored my request for a very quiet room away from the elevator, and put me in a corner room. The gym wasn't as well equipped as most Sheratons and Marriotts. I would probably stay here again for future overnight layovers. The on demand shuttle was great, and there's much more to do in this hotel's area than the LGA Marriott which has nothing nearby.
