Hotel 1904

Very nice hotel with great staff and breakfast. We went there for 2 times 2 nights, inbetween we went to Geiranger. It was a pitty we didn’t get one of the mainbuilding rooms one time, the old rooms in the other building are also nice but it would have been nicer. Maybe because of Booking.com ? The location was perfect! We also had one diner in the hotel but there are more good restaurants close by that serve better. Value for money? As being Dutch it was very expensive regarding the rooms we had. For this money, we are used to 5 star rooms, we expected better. But the beds were great and all was clean. So we do not complain.

Great boutique style hotel. Location is easy access to anything in the town. The decor in the public spaces was tremendous. Loved the sitting area next to the front bar of the hotel. Breakfast was very good. Beds were comfortable.

The rooms are small, but fairly standard. There were some drawbacks. No blackout blinds means eye masks at night. Zero place to put a laptop as the TV takes up the tiny desk. The bathrooms barely have shelf space to put a toothbrush let alone anything else. The shower has no screen on it, so water everywhere.

Svak belysning på rommet og badet. Savnet knagger på veggen og en stol til hver av oss to.

Great location, very clean and the staff were great. Comfortable beds and fantastic breakfast.

The window in the room needs a black out blind as the curtain didn’t cover it completely.
