It was very clean and quiet. The staff were kind and helpful. I appreciated the shuttle service to airport. Also, the public bath was a nice surprise. It was clean with perfect water temperature of tub. Breakfast was well prepared and delicious. This hotel is a nice place to relax. I would recommend it to my friends and family.

It is a little too far to do activities in Tokyo but luckily able to use shuttle bus to airport and ride on Keisei skyliner.

"my room smelled fine"

they had english speaking staff to help check me in.. the room was pleasant, private shower, clean, it smelled good in the room. when i checked in i was asked if i needed an airport transport the next morning, made getting to my early morning flight much easier. the driver was nice. i tried the public bath, its small but it was clean and the temperature was perfect. Thank you very much!

i have no complaints, it was good!
