"Great place to stay."

10.0

Everything was great only a couple complaints: Kitchen only had one glass and it was broken. Could make sure kitchen is stocked for 4. Also housekeeping didn't come once during our 4 night stay, had to go buy dish soap and sponge to clean dishes to reuse. Other than that all was as listed and we enjoyed our stay.

"Communication is key"

8.0

This was my first time in a mini home. Infact I didn't know Hotels.com even offered them. I was excited after we booked the check in was VERY easy! The place was perfect when we got there. It wasn't until I got up in the middle of the night and there were ants EVERYWHERE. I spent almost a hour killing them and trying to figure out where they were coming from. I called the next morning and asked if they could spray and bring me a dust pan (there wasn't one on the broom) and a mop of some sort, so I could clean the floor a lil better thinking maybe my kiddos dropped some crumbs. Management said they'd have someone take care of it and we're very apologetic. That night we got in late and again FULL of ants and there was ants in one of the beds. I had 3 children and myself squeeze into the one bed that didn't have ants. When I called the next morning to complain again about the ants and no dust pan the lady said she thought I was only staying one night and that they'd have time to clean it. But didn't attempt to come by and my reservation was for 2 days. I wanted to give this 5 stars it's a Great lil mini home very gorgeous on the inside. But not being taken care of really upset me so I can not. Hopefully they'll get their communication and reservations together.

Was super surprised in a good way!!! Beautiful little mini-house. It is located at an RV Park, but it was super quiet. Parking was right next to it. Communication was easy, fast and very efficient. I stayed at No 64 and let's just say I would recommend it to everyone. Super clean, even the windowsills :), I was very happy with the cleanliness (can't say it often enough) and it was quite spacious.

"Awesome!"

10.0

This place was awesome! We were there for a funeral and had my mother with us. It was nice to have two rooms. The house was comfortable and quiet. We awoke looking out at a field of alfalfa. The only trouble we had was the beds were a little higher than my mother could get into and out of. We would have liked a step stool.
