Casa Base - Hostel

Beds were a bit hard and pillows were extremely flat. Also, the air conditioning didn't really work well. Other than those concerns, casaBASE was was good. Despite minimal staff present, all the facilities were present, clean, and welcoming. Overall, it was a nice area and a nice hostel.

My three main issues with this place are that, AC is controlled remotely so I couldn’t change the temperature of the room. Secondly I didn’t like that all the soap facilities were empty on my first day and finally I hated how i had to choose between charging my phone overnight or having the light off. Let me repeat, to charge my phone overnight I needed to keep the light on. This was the case until I plugged out so many things. I will say though it was exceptionally clean with amazing spaces to socialise, cook and with a station a 10 min walk away central Milan is very close

Purtroppo nonostante avessi prenotato una camera con bagno mi è’ stata assegnata una camera con bagno sporco e non funzionante senza nessuna previa comunicazione e senza nessun tipo di rimborso. La risposta alle mie rimostranze e’ stata che la doccia comunque funzionava e secondo loro quando io prenoto una camera con bagno intendo la doccia !!!! Inaccettabile !

두오모까지 걸어서 20분 정도로 이동 가능하고, 깨끗하고 가격 생각하면 다 좋습니다. 다만 암막커튼이 필요합니다. 외부 전광판이 깜빡이는게 방으로 다 느껴져요! overall good money value-wise. but they need to change the curtain to BLACKOUT CURTAIN.

Due to my arrival time, I had to self check-in, which I hadn’t done before but the team were very friendly over email and the process was easy. The room itself was beautifully presented and exactly what I needed for my trip. The only thing that could’ve improved it was a little more information in the room about things like cleaning and other policies, as well perhaps a few local recommendations for restaurants, etc. Otherwise, a great place!

Una camera di design dalla bellezza nuda e silenziosissima all'interno di uno spazio artistico vivo e interessante. La zona è molto piacevole, con locali e ristoranti carini, una vita di quartiere vera ma senza eccessi.

Amazing cultural space, felt privileged to be there
