When we checked in, room was very smelly. There was water block in the wash basin.Bed sheet was not changed or not done in correct manner (we found long hairs in the bed sheet). Telephone was not even plugged in. In my opinion some one need to check before issue the rooms to guests. But when we requested to change bed sheet, they did it in 5 minutes.

The location of the property was excellent, and the overall service was commendable. Most of the staff were genuinely helpful and courteous. One staff member kindly escorted us to our room and took the time to explain the amenities, which was much appreciated. Room service was prompt and efficient throughout our stay. However, our experience was unfortunately overshadowed by a single upsetting incident, which significantly disrupted what could have been an otherwise pleasant stay.

I was quite disappointed with the condition of the room — the coffee cups had visible stains, and overall cleanliness left much to be desired. More concerning, however, was an incident involving the Night Duty Manager, Mr. Saravanan. My brother’s phone had completely switched off, and all I requested was just 10 minutes for him to charge it in my room so he could power it back on and arrange transport to get home safely. Regardless of whether it’s a man or a woman, safety should always be the priority—especially late at night. Unfortunately, Mr. Saravanan refused While I do understand and respect the need for rules, in situations like this, a bit of empathy goes a long way. It was late at night around 2am, and without a working phone, my brother had no way of booking a cab or contacting anyone. Left stranded. After nearly 30 minutes of a stressful and heated discussion—during which he displayed unnecessary attitude—he finally allowed it, but only after asking for and verifying my brother’s Aadhaar card, something that could have been done much earlier. The entire situation could have been handled far more efficiently and respectfully, with a bit of understanding and basic human decency from the beginning.
