great location, about 5 minutes from the beach, close to multiple restaurants and shops, nice big apartment with all the equipment and nig terrase

some ants in the kitchen, would be nice to have a microwave

We had a wonderful time staying at this lovely apartment. It was fully furnished with everything I needed, clean, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. The pool was a fantastic bonus, perfect for relaxing on sunny days. One of the highlights of our stay was the kind and helpful cleaning lady Ivana who made sure everything was spotless.

There were a few minor downsides - the Wi-Fi, which was a bit weak at time and there were no supplies for using the washing machine or any clothes pegs. Also, the airport transfer was available but came at an extra cost, so it's good to keep that in mind. Despite these small things, the overall experience was very positive. I’d definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to stay.

The villa is split into 3 huge apartments. It has its own yard and a lovely pool that is cleaned every morning. We rented the apt on the last (2nd) floor, loved our terrace, loved the ensuite bathroom, the kitchen is amazingly well equipped - the space is perfect for 4 people (2 double beds)

The wifi was rather slow, so i recommend either getting a local sim, or getting roaming net from your operator - if you tend to spend a lot of time online, or work from vacation. Sukošan as a place is too tiny to offer a lot of interesting content, and the beach, although ok, doesn't have parasols (beach umbrellas) only plastic beach beds, so you either hunt for the shade, apply suncscreen on the hour, or you burn. Now, i have to emphasize - the pool at the villa was so lovely, i had no need to actually go to the beach 😊

Wunderschön. Entspricht den Bildern. Es wurde zeitnah reagiert wenn wir etwas wissen wollten. Das einzige was als Infomation wichtig ist was wir aber erst bei Aufenthalt erfahren haben ist das Netflix aufgrund der kleinen Datenrate gesperrt ist/war. Gibt aber günstige Tarife für den mobilen Hotspot.

Sehr schöne, modern und top ausgestattete Wohnung. Vermieter hat extra die Putzfrau verschoben damit wir später auschecken konnten. Gerne wieder

Long walking distance from the beach. Green house electricity is not enough for running electric grills on the terrace.
