Murals Hostel & Cafe Mactan

Always my go to hostel because of the staff and clean room

I had a good stay at Murals Mactan. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the place had a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. The facilities were clean and well maintained, and the room provided a pleasant and restful stay. The location is very convenient, especially for travelers flying in or out of Cebu, as it is only a few minutes’ drive from Cebu Airport by Grab or GrabBike. There are also nearby shops and food options, making it easy to get what you need. Overall, Murals Mactan offers good value for the price, and I would recommend it to travelers looking for a comfortable and conveniently located place to stay near the airport.

Well equipped, has a rooftop with good food. I booked only one night and had a flight the next day.

Unfortunately, there was a double booking that I did not notice until I was told on my arrival. The receptionist just answered with a desinterested "no" when I asked for a refund for the second booking. The room I was staying in was completely empty, so it's not that potential customers were lost from it...I will try over CS

Bed and free coffee

Smoking area at the hallway after reception area is never an ideal thing. Please transfer your smoking area in a more open area or in a place where non-smokers less possibly go.

Por dar un detalle, aunque parece cerca del aeropuerto hay muchísimo tráfico y para llegar al hostel se tarda unos 40 minutos
