very old, cockroaches, needs improvement

Great location for those who want to stay close to the airport. very clean and comfortable room

Convenient to get to the airport for an early flight. Reception staff were friendly.

Ants in the bathrooms (coming out of the sinks) and communal area floor, dorm wasn't particularly clean and although I think the sheets were clean there were marks on them. Large cockroaches in the bathroom/communal areas. Terrace was dirty and had rubbish stored in it. Shared bathroom wasn't clean at all, didn't feel particularly safe either. Left as early as possible.

Friendly and helpful staff. Comfy beds. Nice AC. Showers were quite clean - need more hangers though for your clothes. The staff at the café on the roof top were also awesome!

I was unlucky to get bed bugs. I woke up with bite marks over my tummy and on one leg, which itches like hell :( I was able to change bed though and the staff was helpful. Would stay there again though as long as they get it under control!

It looked nice on booking.com & was cheap for a quick overnight stay!

Didn’t actually get a chance to make it inside! It is very much hidden & hard to find even for our taxi driver. Once we arrived at night after contacting the hotel and saying our flight had been delayed, we were met with no one at the property to help us & let us in (even tho it says 24 hour service). The only way we could ask for help was from a neighbor who called for us, and we waited. And waited. And decided to get back in our taxi & crash at a hotel closer to the airport. I’m sure this place once you get there is fine, but if you’ve been traveling 20+ hours with your family and are exhausted and want something easy, I don’t recommend this place.
