"We had a great time meeting up with family for a short holiday visit."

Location was convenient for other activities that I was in town for.

Parking was paid no matter what. We used valet which was very nice, but also it was a little inconvenient that even if we did self park our own car, it would have been paid as well.

"This was an excellent staycation!"

Location is optimal for any type of situation and the breakfast was amazing. I was able to text to get any service I needed. My grandkids thought the stay was amazing.

The only complaint I have is the shower. I couldn't get the water warmer and it came out very slowly.

The location was perfect for the activities I had planned while I was in town. The lobby/ bar area were very clean and nice:

The bathtub didn't drain properly causing the tub to fill up while I showered. I called the front desk on the second day and let them know, the said they would send someone to fix it but it wasn't any better. The hotel room itself didn't feel the cleanest, the pillow covers had a disgusting stench. The smell of laundry that had been sitting, staining in the toilet. Not my favorite Hilton experience at all.

Very close to tow town and all the local stores and restaurants

A lot of the furniture or furnishings are dated or needs replacement. Like the couch or chairs in the kitchenette or dining area. It’s tattered and itchy.
