O recepcionista foi desagradável em alguns momentos, menosprezando, acredito eu, devido ao fato da compra pelo aplicativo. Pretendo não comprar mais pelo booking, separaram um quarto muito ruim com um pouco de mal cheiro e disseram que não tinha outro, mas devido a um problema na tv que não ligava, foram fazer a avaliação do quarto e apareceu um quarto disponível. Já fui outras vezes para o mesmo hotel e não teve esse constrangimento.
