Room service was good and prompt

Food was pathetic , cooking medium was bad , everyone in my family is suffering from gastroenteritis. The rooms are small , they don’t provide enough space for luggage , no cupboards. Toilet are pretty small.

The room was very small, not clean, no telephone, no fridge, the road to reach the location was very bad and rough. Very bad experience overall

Location

1: cleanliness. Ordered a hot chocolate and found a dead cockroach in that. No appologies or sorry from the management which created some serious doubts on the food quality of that place, along with the care the resort actually had on their guests. 2: the resort is in a downhill kindoff land, to reach where a bit of offroading is required. Because of the rain on the untarrred road, my vehicle was getting off track and stuc in the mud. There were no safety bars or pillars on the road side and even a slight error will result my vehicle ending up down cliff . I drove my 2wd for 2 days along that but on the 3rd day, it got really bad and one of the hotel guy helped me and pushed my vehicle through the skiddy roads( he was doing it for all other vehicles since morning) so I informed them that i will park the vehicle uphill on the main road and will walk down to the resort that night. But next morning, I have the morning flight to catch and have the family's luguage to carry till the car. I spoke with the hotel reception 4 or 5 times the day before and requested them early check out at 7.00 am to get my flight. Also to please arrange a transportation uphill, as a 4wd will go through the path with ease and they had that option. They promised the same and said that they will arrange it for sure. So next morning 7.30am, me along with my family came for check out, they took the remaining invoice amount first and guess what thet said after that - have no one to drop us !!!!. The guy at the front counter later tried to call someone and said someone will be there soon. We waited for half an hour and no one came to drop us. Meanwhile I understood that they dont care about thr matter as the guy who spoke to us was talking to someone on phone asking when he will reach but at the sametime laughing with the other guy on phone, which I felt like making fun on us. Finally i gave up, walked uphill, brought my vehicle down and loaded it myself.

Best resort in kufri with a beautiful view.Food is also tasty 😋. Beautiful place away from the hustle-bustle of the city.....
