I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The toilet was extremely dirty with stains everywhere, and a foul odor was coming from the drainage. The pillow had an unpleasant smell, likely from the previous guest, and the room tiles were damaged, which made the space look unappealing. Additionally, there was no hair dryer provided, which was inconvenient. Overall, the cleanliness and room maintenance need significant improvement.
