El servicio del personal fue excepciónal muy buena disposición siempre en ayudar y muy gentiles todos en especial JULIO y ISRAEL es como lo único bueno del hotel y más que yo trabajo en la hotelería hace muchos años se que es un buen servicio y las exigencias del huésped.

Varias cosas el primer día estuve en una habitación el aire no funcionaba correctamente, el agua del inodoro cuando iba a vacearlo se salía el agua del piso, por ende me cambiaron de Habitacion a otra mucho mejor "APARENTEMENTE" Pero fue todo lo contrario, en esta Habitación fue peor, colchón horrible e incómodo, hacia demasiado ruido, no pude dormir bien aparte de que tenía balcón, el ventanal estaba como flojo o suelto y cuando había vientos fuertes hacia que sonara constantemente y menos que podía dormir, la cortina para que no entre luz, la abrí y se me vino encima y el aseo de las habitaciones muy malas les falta mucho aseo, mantenimiento también hace falta y el desayuno muy regular, todos los días servian siempre lo mismo no tienen variedad.

La atención del personal del hotel excelente, muy buen servicio al cliente, siempre cordiales y dispuestos a ayudar en cualquier momento

A las instalaciones en general se les nota el paso del tiempo y se vería mejor con algunas remodelaciones. Deben brindar variedad en el desayuno.
