"This place is an absolute gem!"

This place is an absolute gem! The hosts could not have been more welcoming, the whole place was spotlessly clean, breakfast absolutely superb, bed super comfy, room spacious and wonderfully decorated, and Holywell House is perfectly placed for the GCR heritage railway.

There is not a single thing that could be improved - perfect!

Breakfast was exellent and great services. Central location and free parking. It's a walkig distance to town.

Room was comfortable however, it is not ensuite that meant have to leave the room for shower/toilet which is not convenient.

"A relaxing step back in time"

We loved everything about it. The hosts were wonderful, happy to provide local information and always up for a chat. The house is beautifully decorated with antiques and objects d'art, and Lez loves clocks. The breakfast was lovely, with a choice of cereals, juice and hot food. The room was very comfortable, with tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Very happy to recommend ๐Ÿ‘Œ

"Friendly environment in a lovely property in the centre of town."

We had a friendly welcome on our arrival. Room was very well appointed, was clean and plenty of sitting space and storage. Breakfast was very good as was the service.
