Staff was friendly, hotel was clean. Liked that there was a Starbucks in the hotel

This is an exemplary hotel. It is very modern and clean (!!!!!). The front desk person was so accommodating and kind. We stayed in room 438, which was a 1-bedroom suite. It felt as if no one had ever stayed there. “Pristine” doesn’t do it justice! Breakfast was great, the staff could be more friendly. We needed help, and the staff was friendly and efficient … problem solved! This hotel will continue to be our go-to in Frisco.

We had such a wonderful stay! Robert was incredibly attentive and truly made our anniversary feel special. He upgraded our room and gave us a credit for the bar—those little touches really made a difference! I highly recommend staying here!

Rob at the front desk was incredibly helpful. After a misunderstanding about the room type we had booked, he quickly found a solution and moved us into a room that was perfect for my family. This was one of the better hotels I’ve stayed in—quiet, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally clean.

We love this property. We come up from San Antonio every 2-3 months to visit our daughter and grandkids. The property is centrally located to Frisco, Prosper and other growing towns. Moreover, the property is affordable, super clean and very important for us Pet Friendly! The Starbucks on property, free breakfast and valet service are additional perks that can't be overlooked.

Been staying at this hotel pretty much every week for about 3 years now. Loved my time here. Rob at the front desk would check me in and make sure any requests I had were attended too. I worked nights, so when I’d return after work Dion or Sharon were at the front desk to greet me with a smile and a friendly word or two. Wonderful people and staff.

After a long drive from Georgia we arrived to find the room we booked was no longer available because a previous guest extended their stay. What started to look like the start to a bad experience Teesha turned around. She found us a room that would work for our family and went out of her way to make the start to our Thanksgiving holiday a good one. She is embodiment of true customer service. This will be my hotel every time I come to the Dallas area as long as she works here.
