I was been told the lift are out of seevice, imagine I need to climb all the way to the 3rd each and every time we come back to the hotel.. poor hygiene… the towel were very bad seems like from the 60’s or something like that… no cattle even tho I was advertised at the booking.com apps.. despite have already pay.. the hotel requested me to pay extra RM6 upon checking in.. no carpark

The entire room was filthy. Dark stains on the walls. Bathroom was so bad it was hard to even take a shower. The floors were not scrubbed and was so filthy. The sheets were stained. The entire floor smelt of cigarette smoke
