The customer service representatives needs to be retrained. It says there a crib available upon requset , no one for filled my request, I asked twice. This was the reason, I chose this location. They let someone in to come to my room and called after the fact. They gave me a key new key, and didn’t ask for an ID.

There were alot of customers keeping up a lot of noise due to fighting and arguing

The neighborhood was ok breakfast was good

Arrived to the property the pool have been shut down front desk clerk said that they would be out to fix the pool that day I was there for 2 days never once did they open the pool bathroom in my room tub was disgusting my toilet plugged up and overflowed the overall neighborhood was great to expensive never would have thought I would have had this type of service

Checking in took a lot longer than we were planning. No one was at the front desk nor could we find staff to help.

Very clean and very friendly staff.

The breakfast area and it was nice to see the gym and laundry room.
