Une salle de bain au top avec une douche à l’italienne de qualité, pression de l’eau et température. Rarement vu en Grèce… Excellente literie, tout à dispo, linges, sèche cheveux, steamer de repassage, vaisselle, coffre-fort etc… Studio bien sécurisé. Emplacement hyper central.

Si je dois signaler quelque chose: Parfum d’ambiance dans le corridor d’accès à l’appartement beaucoup trop fort

Clean, nice location

It was overpriced for what it was offering. Unfortunately, we had an issue with our main room door. The top part of the door was faulty, leaving a large opening that affected our privacy. This issue made us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. We could hear everyone outside our door like we were sharing the same room. Of course, there was no customer support at that time only from 9am , so o rushed to book another room for our second night as I was afraid we were running out of options. After contacting the support team the following day , insisted that they had no clue about the damage of the door, which is okay, they offered to give us another room which didn’t had the same facilities we paid for the first one. I explained to them that we had already made another booking as we were very disappointed and in an unpleasant position to stay there one more night. They said that they can’t priority a refund but they could offer us free accommodation on our next visit. The day after they came back to us with the charges and apologised for the inconvenience. Of course they didn’t take any accountability for the incident , as well as they didn’t proceed with a refund for the second night at least. Very disappointed with this kind of hospitality in my country. Very sad that we paid a fortune of money for that kind of unacceptable and unworthy experience.

Odanın ısı kumandası 24 c ye klitlenmiş oda hep soğuktu üşüdük

Wirklich ausnahmslos perfekt; bei der Anreise via WhatsApp alle Infos, Zutrittcodes etc erhalten, Apartment war schon um 13:00 bezugsfertig. Einrichtung überkomplett, neu, extrem sauber und am neuesten Stand. Vom Balkon Sicht auf Olymp, Hafen, Flaniermeile mit Bars, Restaurants, Bäckereien und Shops direkt vor dem Haus; und trotzdem bei geschlossenen Balkontüren absolut ruhig im Zimmer. Wasserflasche und Nespresso Tabs waren am Zimmer. Taxistandplatz 1 Häuserblock weiter. Netter Kontakt via WhatsApp, es war einfach ein Sorglospaket für einen tollen Kurzurlaub. Wir kommen sicher wieder…
