広くて和室もあるので、小さな子供がいるファミリーにはとっても良い。ベットも二部屋あるため子供達は自分の部屋かのように取り合ったり楽しそうだったし、洗濯機もあり便利。 住宅街にあり静かで、近場には歩いていける距離にスーパーもあるため困る事がなかった。
