The location is convenient, and the night shift receptionist speaks very good English and is very friendly. Any problems or questions were handled smoothly.

The room looked similar to the photos, but the actual experience was quite different. Many facilities were not available — there was no breakfast, and the room was dirty and messy. We booked two rooms: the key for the first room was broken, so we had to ask the receptionist to open the door whenever we went out (though they mentioned it would be fixed the next morning). In the second room, the shower water wasn’t hot, the bathroom floor was flooded, and there were cockroaches. There was also a musty smell, the hallway lights were broken, and the soundproofing was poor. However, after reporting the issues, the staff allowed us to change rooms the next day, and all the problems were properly resolved.
