Цена, более менее чисто. Удобная кровать

В букинге был обещан ранний заезд, по факту отказали за это большой минус, т.к. именно из за этого и выбирал отель Бассейн грязный

Nice location. Luggage storage available.

Short on toiletries and shower. No staff to assist you on your luggage. Old aircondition. Too hot. Pool is under maintenance. No early check in. No free coffee.

Location

Room was smell so bad .I informed the receptionist and she said if I want change the room I have to pay and upgrade. Which it wasn't my problem size or bed.room was just in grand floor behind the toilets. Also no swimming pool wasn't open.no restaurant or bar in hotel for dtink.i don't understand how this hotel was 4 star ? Nothing like the pictures. I normally do not put bad reviews. But this one has to be know for people travel from Europe and uk to do not expect welcoming and helpful in this hotel. Price was good but even that wasn't worth. Small windows with veiw of the wall next building. No fresh air.
