We were extremely impressed with this hotel! A cool, chilled out vibe greets you as you enter and the staff are more than friendly and extremely helpful! The room was clean and more than adequate for a 3 night stay and it was very quiet. In a perfect location for The Shambles and the rest of York, the walk into town is easy! There’s a Q park car park just up the road from the hotel and you get a discount code from the hotel to knock a bit of money off too! We didn’t do breakfast although it looked good. And they also serve food in the bar until late. This place is mega dog friendly which we found so refreshing and a huge bonus that enabled us to holiday with our pooch! All in all we would return to Moxy in a heartbeat! I honestly could find fault in any of it! Hats off to them and well done on creating a lovely vibe and a great environment to bring your dog 👏👏

Das Hotel ist fußläufig sehr gut aus nahezu jedem Bereich der Innenstadt Yorks erreichbar.

Wir haben nichts Negatives erlebt.

Comfy bed in soundproof room. Great bar area!

The sink in my room looked old and dirty & dreadful smell of drains coming from the plughole.

Good sound proofing in rooms, nice comfy linen on beds. Rooms contained everything we needed, great shower.

Really enjoyed are stay here and will visit again. A couple of things to mention the rooms were incredibly hot even though the weather was not particularly warm AC was not cool enough on lowest setting. We found the beds to be a little on the soft side but still we managed a good nights sleep.
