Rooms were nice and clean!

Hot water not working in handicap rooms. Told staff but the person there wasnt interested in trying to move me rooms when i let them know the first time. After i called a 2nd time they moved me to a new room the next morning. Had to take 2 cold showers there. Unacceptable. Staff was still nice but should have handled it on my forst request.
