The Apartment is a fair size and the balcony is large with Sun from around 14.30 - 20.00. The bedroom is nice and spacious with a mirror/hairdryer and two wardrobe’s. The seating area is of a good size also with a long sofa and adequate size TV in the corner which has some satellite channels and the option of HDMI ports to connect your device(s). There are many different restaurants and bars with football and other entertainment options all within very easy reach and a Great supermarket down below the apartments which is roughly the same prices as the Spar supermarket which can also be found a little walk away. The beach is around a 7/8 minute comfortable walk away with these apartments that are right in the centre of Tsilivi (literally!) The bus stop to go into Zante Town and other destinations is located directly opposite the apartments outside Rossos restaurant. The lady Lola was very helpful to us about anything we needed 🙂 Restaurant recommendations: 1. Yum Yum’s. 2. Family Restaurant 3. Piyero’s

Most things were good, if I had to say anything: Bathroom could be brighter, a few more kitchen utensils… But these small thing’s are nothing.

An amazing stay for an 11 night holiday. Central location with shops, restaurants, supermarkets and beach within walking distance. The host and the cleaner were very friendly, welcoming and very attentive to any questions or needs we had. Overall an excellent location to stay and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Only downside is there’s no lift so it can be difficult to lift a heavy suitcase up and also it is opposite a karaoke bar so the noise can be loud on occasion. But overall didn’t take away from the experience and would love to stay there again in the future. Thank you Aleksandra and Lola.

Well this property was one of the best we`ve stayed in in Tsilivi. I personally didnt have any complaints and had a great 11 day holiday. Lola who was running the rooms was there to meet us and was very helpful the whole holiday. She cleaned the room everyday and it was immaculate. The room had an arrival bottle of wine chilling in the fridge, bottle of water, toiletries, loads of loo roll (which in past visits to other places has been something we`ve had to buy ourselves ! ) Modern, comfortable (we were in the loft room ) great aircon included, best hairdryer I`ve ever had and a very comfy bed. The balcony was huge with good views. In all it was better than we expected and just where we wanted to be. Bang in the centre of the town, loads to do and see. The stairs were tricky with the suitcases but not a problem for us, we wanted the loft so was well aware of them, worth the views. Will happily return.

Their wasnt much to dislike, maybe a couple of things that could be improved - the table on the balcony was a little small, ( we like to sit out on the balcony a lot ) and the aircon unit made water on the balcony as it had nowhere to run, making the tiles a bit slippy. ( but It was mopped everyday )

Fantastic apartments in the centre, close to shops, bars, restaurants & a 5 minute stroll to the beach. Excellent communication with our host Alexandra both before & during our stay and the apartment was kept spotlessly clean daily by the lovely Lola. Spacious rooms, huge balcony & the little extras that made a difference (washing up liquid, tea towels, loo roll, free Aircon & safe). Would definitely stay again!

Sehr netter Kontakt mit der Besitzerin. Die Housekeeping Dame Lola ist ebenfalls sehr nett und sehr zuverlässig und ordentlich.

Die Betten sind etwas hart und die Lüftungsanlage des darunter liegenden Geschäfts ist teilweise sehr laut.
