Koukos Loft Apartments

the property was clean. we enjoyed the big balcony were we relaxed on evenings. our host was kind and provided us with information during our stay.

there were ants in the apartament and we have bites all over the body, probably from them odd smell comming from the bathroom nothing to watch on tv if you re a foreigner :)

Otel odası’nın hiç bir kusuru yoktu. Tertemiz ve eksiksiz bir oda. Ancak girişi bir restoranın yanından ve çok dar bir yerinden geçiyordu. Şöyle ki bavullarımızı taşırken iki kez düşme teklikesi geçirdik. Akşamları aşağıdaki restoran ‘ın yemek kokusu ile doluyordu. Ayrıca balkon çok küçük ve diğer iki odanınkine bakıyordu. Yani çok rahatsızdı. Her gece çalan müzik te bizleri uyutmuyordu. Sonuç olarak odanın kendisi iyi, ama yaşanması zor bir yerdi ve hiç rahat ettmedik. Bunları anlatacak bir lobi de yoktu.

Lovely room very modern and comfortable. Georgia was so lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. Think we would book a lower floor next time however as i struggled with the stairs. Overall a fab place to stay abd very central

Ho prenotato l'appartamento per tre persone, pur essendo una coppia,per godere di maggiore spazio. Infatti il loft si compone di un ingresso con angolo cottura, camera matrimoniale e vano con divano letto e televisore. Bagno in ottime condizioni, doccia spaziosa, e amplissima terrazza semicircolare con tavlloino, tre sedie, e stenditoio. Tutto ristrutturato in un design moderno e funzionale. In centro di Tsilivi, vicino a tutti i servizi. Consigliatissimo.

Struttura recente e arredata con gusto. Bottiglia di vino di benvenuto. Pulizie giornaliere molto accurate. Terrazzo molto grande con stendibiancheria e salottino. E' in una zona centrale a Tsilivi piuttosto caotica (ristoranti, locali, negozi) ma le camere sono molto silenziose. Comodo supermarket di fianco all'entrata degli appartamenti.

These apartments are brand new, beautifully furnished. Super comfy beds & sheets. Nicely done bathrooms. Super easy access, with a bus & taxi stand right outside, the beach a few minutes away by foot, a mini mart & endless restaurants right downstairs! We loved our apartments!

Struttura e arredamenti nuovi. Pulizia della camera ok. Terrazzino e bagno veramente bello. Letto comodissimo. L unica pecca dal bagno proveniva un cattivo odore che sicuramente aveva a che fare con le tubature. La ragazza che lavora lì,Georgina,ha fatto di tutto per risolvere il problema..molto disponibile e simpatica.

Holiday from July 1 to 10 in Zante. Accommodation at the Koukos Loft Apartment in Tsilivi. The room is furnished in a modern way, very welcoming with views of the city. You have a living room with an open kitchen provided with everything you need to prepare meals; a living room with sofa, TV and air conditioner; a double room with a queen bed and closet and with air conditioner and finally a bathroom equipped with toilet, sink and very spacious shower. Upon our arrival we found the owner who welcomed us into the room intended for us and provided us with all the bedding and bath with the courtesy kit. The owner speaks Italian, English and Spanish and is very kind and courteous. The cleaning is carried out excellently on a daily basis. The hotel offers the possibility to pay by credit card or by banknotes. There are many restaurants, travel agencies for island trips, rental agencies, supermarkets and locals nearby. Very quiet town. We highly recommend it to enjoy a holiday without worries. Unforgettable holiday.
