Ascot Loft Zermatt

Absolutely LOVED our stay at Ascot-Zermatt! This place was perfectly located in town. The apartment was so spacious and clean. Awesome balcony view of the Matterhorn. We will definitely be staying here when we come back!!

Nothing it was perfect!

Location and view were great. Host was very kind and prompt in responding.

I was disappointed that I have to pay tax in cash upon checking out. I wish it was inclusive in the booking or charge with the booking in advance as it was quite inconvenient to look for exact amount in cash. Also, washer and dryer were outside of the unit, which should be mentioned in the description. I was surprise washing machine requires cash payment at each use.

Great location and view. The home provided plenty of room and comfort for our family of four.

I thought the washing machine was supposed to be in the apartment, not in a laundry room on the bottom level. Glad there was still access, just a minor inconvenience.

The location of the property is excellent and the views from the balcony spectacular on a clear day. The host was extremely attentive and professional and we felt being cared for. The property itself is easily accessible, very spatious, clean & comfortable. Perfect for a family stay.
