"Great night's rest and that's all."

Very nice hotel. Quick check in via QR code at the front desk. Beds are very comfortable. Room darkening shades. Quite. Quality of free breakfast could be better, especially the coffee. TV is nice but you have to bring your own streaming service otherwise no channels at all not even broadcast tv. Must use cell phone and WhatsApp to communicate with front desk. Excellent parking.

El desayuno pocas opciones comparadas con otros hoteles de la competencia y tardan en resurtir alimentos, se acaba la fruta, alimentos calientes hotcakes y tardan 20 min en resurtirse. La pantalla y canales nunca se pudo ver algún programa porque tuvo fallas con el internet

"I'll stay here again"

Great night's sleep. Only two free tv channels. American breakfast was sugar heavy or too much oil. Prefer to go out and have a traditional breakfast. No ice machines, no ice at the breakfast area kitchen. Black out shade on the window. Clean bathroom, plenty of hot water.

Ya se pasó el mantenimiento preventivo es necesario el mantenimiento correctivo, suciedad acumulada así como el deterioro de las instalaciones lo conocí recién inaugurado y ya está totalmente deteriorado

Complicada con referencia a la facturación, pues facturan menos del costo en el hotel, y traté con ustedes hotel.com y ahí nadie atiende y ni facturan. Pésimo servicio.

Es un hotel para estar por cuestiones de trabajo o de camino a otro lugar. Le falta modernizarse. Lo que no me gustó es que las toallas se ven sucias , de tan viejas que están.
