SpringHill Suites by Marriott Montgomery Downtown

Cool vibe over all. Gorgeous huge rooms with the tall, wood ceilings. Just across the street from a nice food and bar area.

Needs a bar/food option. At that price, bottled water in the room would be nice.

Beds were very comfortable, room was clean and beautiful.

Parking is awful

I love buildings with brick walls. The hotel is peaceful, location is great, and it’s beautiful.

The shower pressure. The unique decor that is true to the building and the historical significance. Easy valet. Comfortable beds. Very spacious. The unexpected thing was that the temperature control or climate control was the best I have seen at any hotel ever.

The lady at the front desk was not very friendly. In contrast to the rest of the staff. They do not have lotion or make up remover like other Marriots have had. The brand makes you expect consistency with things like that. And it is important to know when you travel the televisions need some work.

Parking Housekeeping making tons of noise

Breakfast was good. The location was convenient.

The bathroom light didn't work unless the rest of the room lights were on. The hot water did not work during our stay. The room smelled like cigarettes, and the lady that checked us in was SO RUDE. The valet driver also called my mom names under his breath and then denied it. The hotel told us that the valet drivers have nothing to do with them.
