The bedroom is big and beautiful. The desk to work is perfect. Good shower.

The most important thing in a hotel room should be the ability to get a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, this hotel fails miserably. The walls are paper thin. Right now, at 3:16 AM, I can't sleep. For the past two hours I've been hearing: in the room above, the neighbors walking around and the sound of creaking wood. In one of the rooms next door I can hear the neighbor snoring. And in the other room next door, it sounds like they're sleeping with the television on at full volume, louder than if I were watching TV in my own room. It's absolutely impossible to rest. Also: the mattress and pillows are very soft, but that's a matter of personal preference.

The heater in my room did not work. My room temp was around 63 degrees and I was cold as hell. The night front desk person gave me three more sheets to keep warm, which was stupid. She never tried to fix the thermostat. The morning guy tried to fix it the next day with no success. The manager apologized and said she will be returning my money. She said she doesn’t know I stayed in that room. I had no where to go as they were booked up. Worst situation ever.

If the heater was working it would have been a nice stay. I loved the hotel and its location. Overall the staff was great.
