Very clean, modern, spacious facilities that make the guest experience an inviting one. The valet/bell and front desk staff are all incredibly kind and hospitable. I left every interaction with a smile on my face. Great location for work travelers on business downtown.

The convenience to the BJCC

Only choice to park was valet or walk to hotel and still pay a parking fee. Valet was 40.00 per night. Plus tip. Couldn't get a double bed room so asked for a roll away and they said they would check on it and never let me know anything and never brought one. Second night asked for extra blanket and pillow bc I took my own cot in, had to contact them 3 times before I was able to get anything.
