The hotel rooms are comfortable and clean.

In the middle of the night people were yelling over the hallway. At around one someone knocked on my door and woke me. We had to get up early the next morning to travel and I was alone with two children. I sent the reception a message via booking.com, as not to wake my children and then also called them. The person on the phone asked me for the room number. The receptionist said they would send someone, however half an hour later there were knocks again. When I mentioned it upon checking out I was told I had not called and the receptionist played it down and made me feel bad about it. Later I received an apology via mail with not even an offer for any compensation (not that that would have made us rest better or feel safer). For any hotel, but especially one that charges 200 euros per night this is scandalous. Also the bed for the third person is a hard uncomfortable sofa.

Kamer was ruim. Er was een goede douche. Gordijnen goed verduisterend.

Ontbijt was prima alleen rond 10u heel veel op. Duurde lang voor het werd aangevuld en sommige producten werden niet meer aangevuld. Personeel sprak grotendeels Engels.
