"Bad start and not been able to get checked in ruined it, breakfast 2/10"

Clean

Once we arrived at 1800 there was no reception staff, queue of people waiting at reception as receptionist had decided they could take the night off. After over an hour wait we eventually found a cleaner in hotel and he managed to get someone off shift who came in to check us in.

Locatin great, right next to T station so easy to get around. Staff really helpful. Complementary breakfast great. Room spacious. Modern and clean. Would definitely stay again.
