"A pleasant surprise"

This resort is perfect for families. Not so much for a solo trip. This resort has great beach accessibility. However, bring your patience as beach service is a bit slow. What made this trip better, even though it was the wettest Miami trip EVER, were the valet and luggage attendants. All of them were very polite and informative including Javi! They made the stay enjoyable and saved me money on transportation with explaining the trolley, bus & car share services. 🤗

We had a wonderful experience staying at Hilton Cabana. Traveling as a family of three, everything was very comfortable and enjoyable. One of the highlights was the beach service—having the daybed and umbrella set up made it easy to relax and enjoy the beach. A special thanks to Rabel, who took care of us at the beach. He provided excellent service, was very friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the day. Overall, it was a great stay and a really enjoyable experience.
