Rooms were basic but very clean and comfortable. Staff were great, friendly, helpful. Breakfast included was great, and choices and options were plentiful and yummy. The price and location can't be beat!

Wish there was a/c, but it was understandable with an old building like this.

"Cheapest I could find in St Andrew’s and an easy stay right next to the bus station."

Great location, great breakfast, huge common room. Comfy beds. Coeliac safe breakfast!!

It was quite warm in the room, no fan. Bathroom on the other hand was frosty cold.
