"Needed update to ensure safety"

Even though I gave a 10 on everything but safety, which I feel needs to be addressed for the seniors who are handicapped. 1. The commode was way too low for someone with hip or knee problems,causing a great deal of discomfort when sitting down and very difficult to stand back up. No handicap bars to assist with mobility. 2. The bar is mounted on the wall center of bathtub and with poor mobility, very unsafe to climb in and out of. Nothing to hold on to as you struggle to get out of the tub. The handicap bar is centered on back wall of bath area,which really does nothing for your safety. Due to these issues I had to forego my shower until we got home that evening. I’m surprised your company is still able to operate without the needs of the elderly population.

It was small

No ice machine on 2nd floor and toilets need to be regular size. They are like preschool toilets Calls to front desk were unanswered

We stay here often. The hotel is clean, staff very friendly, and the breakfasts and evening kick-backs(along with complimentary drinks) are always good! This 3 day stay we drove from St. Louis to play at the casino in Cape Girardeau. We are celebrating our 49th anniversary and had a wonderful mini vacation!! We’d like to thank in particular Emily for helping us with our Drury account and reserving another night . Both she and Becky are very hospitable. We will be back very soon.
