"Manager is not reliable"

Had a horrible night at hotel. The manager said she would put points in my account since I did not ask for refund. I have called 2 times, ( a few months later, then again a few weeks ago). I would recommend a different hotel.

"Other than the pool, it was great."

Breakfast was great with a friendly cook.

The main reason we chose this motel was that we had our grandchildren with us, who wanted a pool. We were not informed that the pool was out of order.
